You may need to tell your AD, president and Wayne Nelson that. Anyone reading his article would assume that this is the best thing that has ever happened to und.
You have seen your schedule right? 2nd worst schedule in DI. Only 10 games - 2 straight weeks open, hockey will start by then and fb at und will be forgotten.
Around here you won't hear my stories about either. Most gun accidents are people that purchase a gun (hand gun) for personal protection and don't learn how to properly use it. They don't have their kids learn how to handle a gun (hunter safety) and that's when accidents happen. It's personal responsibility - no different than getting into a car drunk and causing an accident. The NRA magazine is full of AP stories about how gun owners have saved themselves or someone else with a gun. The trouble with the national news media is all they report are the accidents.
Of all the guys that you may pi$$ off Davek, I think Ted would be the least likely to shoot you. Actually Ted is a bow man. He mainly hunts with bow and arrow. Your fear of guns is like all the other lefty's out there, they fear things they don't know or understand.
Lets see Ted Nugent - Great family man, married for 30+ years, anti drug, anti smoking, teaches hunter safety, travels to Africa to hold benefits to feed the hungry, has a great moral compass. Yea the man is scum!
At least NDSU fans know what's going on instead of the non reporting going on at UND. The big difference is NDSU was a leader in their transition to DI and guess who is following.
Actually scheduling these teams are easy as they are independents that are alway looking for games. So called conference championships - well I think even student athletes can figure that one out. Good luck wining all those "conference championships" I can already see the banners hanging!! I think this is more about taking the pressure off the AD for finding a conference. Now you have one.
I find it funny that UND alumni don't like Chapman. He has done nothing to UND. He is outspoken in his support for NDSU and very successful in growing the university. I guess UND feels threatened by NDSU's progress. Sad
I have a mother in law that is on oxygen from smoking for 50 years. Smoked 5 years on oxygen - she finally stopped smoking and immediately looked & felt 100 times better. She still bums a smoke every so off which is stupid. The cost to medicare that she has racked up would be in the 100's of thousands.
