With McMahon and Murray back this weekend any word on who won't be making the trip to AA. A good question for someone local to ask the Coach this week. If I were given the choice Massen wouldn't be in the lineup.

Folks these upsets are no longer a surprise in the WCHA as we seem to have a degree of league parity. We have been so busy worrying about where the Sioux, Goofs and Dogs are going to finish that we have lost sight of how close all four of the normal also rans are to earning home ice in the first round. It used to be that finishing first earned you the right to play the league whipping post but now all you get is the trophy

AA continues the magic and leads the Goofs 2-1 after one. Goofs goal shouldn't have counted as the replay clearly showed goaltender interference.

Actually, the tournament Team USA is preparing for would be the 2005 World Under-18 Championship in Ceske Budejovice and Plzen, Czech Republic, to be played in mid-April. Canada will be there and based on his performance at the recent U-17 I wouldn't be surprised if Toews is invited. Canada will not announce it's roster until the first week in April.

I will be skiing at Keystone this weekend with my coworkers and will miss the games. I would like nothing better than to come home Sunday night and read about the Sioux playing at least one complete game on the weekend. Maybe it is just a recurring dream I have been having but on the UND Sports page I would like to see the pictures of Fylling, Massen or Canady as having contributed offensively. If MTU can limit DU to 1 goal over the course of a weekend there is always hope.

At times they have but unfortunately despite their efforts they contribute nothing offensively. We need to pick who plays based on their +/-

Watch how Green and Fuher move the puck out of their end and you will appreciate how much the team missed them. They were both solid against CC.

Once again, it is the Senior class that is causing this team problems. While certain Seniors are not contributing others are taking the untimely DQs. It is a disturbing trend. A freshman Zajac was the best Sioux on the ice for the BSU series.
