I joined this site to hear about Sioux hockey and instead I find a girlie chat site. Why is this tolerated?

I thought Lee looked alot better than at least three of the other D-Men. Keep in mind that he is a highschool player and he was up against quite a few Pro players from the Swiss League, a league that features many former NHLers even when there isn't a strike.

I would like to see Canada play Russia too because they would have a field day with the Russian defense.

With his antics and flair Ovechkin looks alot like Jagr, in which case Washington can have him. What suprised me was the poor quality of the Russian defense and their lack of discipline. Based on last nights game I look forward to a US/Canada Gold Medal showdown.

Unfortunately, with no Center Ice this winter, Team Canada's games will only be televised on the Canadian Network TSN. I am hoping that some of the local sports bars here in Colorado Springs will be able to pick them up.

Did anyone find a Boxscore for last nights game against Germany. If so could you please post it. Thanks

Hockey News picks the US to win the tourney? I thought they hired hockey experts at Hockey News. Sorry, but team US doesn't have a Zach Parise in this years line-up or the supporting cast. Team USA were fortunate to beat Germany 5-3 last evening. Meanwhile Canada has crushed Finland 6-0 and Switzerland 5-0. I still believe the US can medal but it will take a full team effort to do so. When Russia and Canada finally meet in the playoffs the Gold medal will be decided.
