  1. The Big Sky tournament winner gets a play-in game?
  2. Union, Yale, BU and UConn going to Belfast, Ireland next year. https://www.unionathletics.com/news/2017/1/6/mens-ice-hockey-mens-hockey-to-play-in-2018-friendship-four-in-belfast.aspx
  3. Just did some looking. I emailed to ask my priority list rank on 20 July and it was 1120. On 18 Dec when they sent me an update on the Vegas game I had fallen back to 1186!
  4. I have been a Fighting Sioux Club/Champions Club member at the Century level ($135) since 2001 when the Ralph opened and have bonus points for both my wife and I being UND grads with a few other minor donations added in and my priority points are still only in the 1100 range and I got offered regional SRO tickets in Fargo a couple years ago and got two seats this year as well as two seats for the Vegas game. It can be done.
  5. So pick one. Missouri and Ole Miss were the low hanging fruit this year, only two SEC teams that weren't bowl eligible this year.
  6. I would like to see the Bison play any SEC team and keep it close
  7. Try a different browser or your phone. I just checked and there is a decent amount available yet with the code.
  8. Won't all the Summit League sports be full membership in 2018-19 and able to compete for autobids?
  9. I grew up UND, I attended and graduated UND, I knew who our rival was: NDSU. Memorial and Hyslop were full with UND played NDSU. Then there was the breakup and the different times going D1 and we finally land in the Big Sky. I was told the Big Sky was going to be so awesome but other than my love of football, no game gets me boiling about an upcoming game. I feel pretty blah about the Big Sky and have no inclination to attend a Big Sky basketball or volleyball game. We tried it, we stepped out and played in a new conference and I am not bowled over. For those that are not happy with a move to the Summit and MVFC where the teams that I get excited about reside, what am I missing about the Big Sky am I missing? Who are are rivals? Everything seems pretty bland in the Big Sky to me.
  10. Please name names. Who in the Big Sky viewed UND as a rival? Who did UND view as a rival?
  11. Who is or are UND's rivals in the Big Sky?
  12. I see some on here that want to stay Big Sky and say those that are in favor of the Summit/MVFC move have an unhealthy fixation on NDSU and that old rivalry along with playing old foes like SDSU and USD on a regular basis again. They usually also mention that in the Big Sky we get to play Montana. So being fixated on playing Montana is better than being fixated on NDSU? Since when are long time rivalries bad? We know who are rivalries were in the NCC and I would expect most of this to resume fairly quickly once UND arrives in the Summit and MVFC. My question to those posters is: Who is our rivalry in the Big Sky? Who makes our blood boil in football or any other sport? Who's blood boils to play UND? I have yet to warm up to Montana or Montana St as for our time in the Big Sky, we have not developed much of a history let alone a rivalry. Eastern Washington? They are a team to beat but a rivalry? Any sport, who is our rival in the Big Sky? Now in the Summit/MVFC, I don't even need to ask the question, it is NDSU. Their fan base says they have moved on, SDSU is the new hot rivalry because they made up a new traveling trophy after how many years of playing each other? 14 years and NDSU blood has continued to boil for UND, student chants, player chants, fans wearing derogatory clothing, administrative grandstanding, slanted contract. UND gives NDSU fits even when they don't play. I would much rather be in a conference where there is passion for the matchups vs who? from where? My wife and I were first time football season ticket holders this past season and she has told me we will renew, we had a blast at the games this year. Last night we talked about what MVFC road games we will be going to now that our closest one is not 800 miles away. I am on board for the Summitt/MVFC
  13. Will UND now need to have teams for all sponsored Summit League sports or do we have a lesser number we have to meet?
  14. Will UND now need to have teams for all sponsored league sports or do we have a lesser number we have to meet?
  15. What is the most recent news on Western Illinois financial situation?
  16. Makes sense, the South Belt is geographically close to the MVFC than the Big Sky, better fit.
  17. What kind of work out do you do at the Coors Fitness Center?
  18. Winnipeg is a different situation, it is another country. To get a large crowd of local UND fans across the border would need enough lead time for many to apply for passports. I am involved in many things locally and am surprised how many do not have passports or any desire to get them. Besides a Minnesota game, not sure of another opponent that would entice these folks to get a passport on top of the other logistical requirements of going to a game in Winnipeg.
  19. I read quite a few of the comment to this article the first time I saw it and was generally dumbfounded. Noticed some of the comments were #NoDAPL protesters/supporters that were in full agreement that this is happening to stop the protests. Chem trails and spraying and circumstantial coincidence. Apparently, if an airplane flies, it is spraying and NOTHING can be what we are told it is. That has been a big claim at the protest camp that they are being sprayed each night.
  20. It has already be brought up about the snow that hit out there last week. http://www.geoengineeringwatch.org/power-structure-wages-weather-warfare-against-dakota-pipeline-protesters/
  21. On TV the crowd on both sides of the field was small and they looked cold, 6,154 sounds a little inflated. When I switched to the Bison game, it was snowing pretty good in Brookings.
  22. Ticket map as of 10:50 this morning, Friday, 2 Dec
