I would put him with Ness/Strinden and Albrecht/James. I agree on McLaughlin. Maybe you go 9-22-17, and then 18-8-28. I think putting Gaber together with Blake is an experiment that has to happen. Just got a feeling that those two gel.

Well, the Q exposed us a bit defensively, but that's okay. Early season kicks to the nuts are better than ones that end your season in March. Glad the Vikings won, but was happy to see Teddy out there chucking the football around. I don't remember him having such terrible pocket presence, guy ran himself into a couple sacks.

One of the biggest games in our D1 history. Great opportunity for our guys. Another thought. How crappy of a road schedule have the Jacks played through this year? At Iowa, at Missouri State, at NDSU, at UND, and they'll be at Northern Iowa to close out the road portion. If they go unblemished on the road in the MVFC this season that's impressive.

I'm at a family vacation in Florida and the number of texts I have waking up this morning about the game is insane. I'll have to watch some highlights. Sounds like a great showcase for college hockey. I think our guys will be just fine. The Q doesn't normally get outshot like that.

Correa opts out of the rest of his 105 million deal. Seems like this past season he kind of fell to the Twins, now I'm not sure what happens with him. He's 28 years old, has maybe 5-7 good years left in him. Will a team give him a $300 million dollar 10 year deal?

Of the guys they got last year in the portal I was the most impressed with Jandric. Love his game. Keeps it so so simple. and he'd be top pair a lot of places around the country. Being who he is will allow Johnson the opportunity to jump into the play and show us some of that offense that he is capable of providing from the blue line. Next year we may be a bit thin on the d side of things, but they could probably just get two or three in the portal if we're being honest.

De Jong is a dude, and they've got themselves a pretty good French Canadian goaltender. My heart says win Friday and split the weekend. De Jong should see a lot of Hain-Jammer-Senden.
