  1. Still a good showing against an SEC team.
  2. Bears lead the razorbacks going into the 4th, 24-17. Petrino had an incredible 4th down call to take the lead.
  3. Mo State up on Arkansas 10-0 in the second quarter. Edit: make that 17-0
  4. UNI losing 24-7 in the second quarter, at home.
  5. That Elon game must have been the last one to finalize as they've now announced the full schedule: https://fightinghawks.com/news/2022/9/13/mens-basketball-und-mens-hoops-announces-2022-23-non-conference-slate.aspx
  6. Not sure if this was posted already and too lazy to look. UND plays at Elon on November 17th. https://elonphoenix.com/news/2022/9/7/mens-basketball-mens-basketball-announces-non-conference-schedule.aspx
  7. Maybe this could be the next Sioux Sports fundraising effort?
  8. Yup, if you see my follow up post, you'll see I acknowledged my misinterpretation of his penalty.
  9. It was MSU not SIU. I thought he was suspended by the NCAA for five years due to his guilty verdict in the Title IX hearing. I was misinformed, as it appears he was suspended from UND for five years.
  10. Looks like they are a new DII program. How does Otis qualify to play for an NCAA DII school?
  11. Wheelchair/handicap accessible.
  12. Epic is investing in several projects in Grand Forks and many more in the state/region. They've really grown as a company. Looking forward to the Beacon and what it has to offer once it's built. Edit: Also, that isn't a picture of plaza 32. That's a picture of a development on south columbia road. Not sure who's doing that. Plaza 32 is on 32nd by the mall. https://epiccompaniesnd.com/property/plaza-32/
  13. So schedule these three teams, three times a year and then their schedule will be considered legit?
  14. The concert was originally scheduled for the greenway area where the Greenway Takeover Festival is held. The facebook page states it was moved due to the river being high. Which it doesn't seem to be too high where there would be any concern of the greenway being flooded. But I'm sure the call had to be made by a certain date and the river was at a certain level so it had to move. Now why they chose the Columbia mall? Who knows, maybe parking? Maybe noise ordinance issues? I would've like to see them put it on north third st, similar to the Hairball show a few years back.
  15. Hurst should be arriving in GF today I believe.
  16. Looks like Elijah Brooks visited this past weekend and got an offer. 6'4" Shooting Guard who was Mr. Basketball in Kansas last year.
  17. I don't believe I've seen this one posted yet. Has offers from Miami (OH), SDSU, UNI and Lindenwood.
  18. Right, but they didn't need to put in the walking paths, maintain the greenspace, build a state park, add benches, etc. Could have just "let it go" other than to maintain the dikes.
  19. As a runner and someone who does some biking, I’ve been through many times. Just have not camped there. That State Park and the whole Greenway we’re both home run ideas in building back from the flood.
  20. If I were camping there, I’d like the buffer that the dike provides. Gives you the feeling of a camp ground more than lights, crowds and “noise” of a restaurant. But that’s just me.
  21. Hmmm, any relation to Frank Kaminski?
  22. Born in a refugee camp in Ghana, moved to Minneapolis, eventually moved to Moorhead. Not sure on the timeline but he first lived in Minneapolis when he came to the US.
  23. Looks like he's peering in through the window. So a bit of reflection around the topside of his picture.
