    I was just reading on Sioux Football Insider that Dale Murphy, former Atlanta Braves Centerfielder, was at the Alerus for the Weber game. Apparently his son plays for them. Being a life long fan of the Braves, I wish I would have known this and been able to keep an eye out for him. Anyone else get a chance to meet or see Dale?

    True! I wish they would move the football game back about an hour so it would be easier to attend both and not miss any action.

    Does anyone know if they allow tailgating at the Betty? I'm assuming they don't since it's on campus. Would be nice to tailgate before the vb game then head to the Al as soon as they are done...

    Last year there were several donors you ponied up private money. Don't remember the exact amount, but it was substantial. I would guess Faison is hitting up the same alumni and bidding something similar.

    Yes, it's a 24 team field. Top 8 seeds get a buy the first week while the other 16 teams face each other. Right now I would guess we would be 3rd or 4th in line to get the last seed. Top 6 seeds are pretty much set. Only way UND gets a seed, imo, is if we win on Saturday and have a few teams lose a game or two in the last two weeks of the season.

    MVFC has all games on ESPN 3 which is better than Eversport. Not sure if the Summit had the same deal though?

    UND looking good. Also a bit interesting is NDSU has a player named Morgan Morgan. I was curious as to what kind of parent would do that to their child until I looked at her bio and see that she's married to a Bison football player named Grant Morgan.

    I hadn't clicked on the "visit" link initially and only read the article. I left a comment for the blogger. He seems to still think a move to the Summit is a "done deal" but doesn't have any sources or info. Appears he was just speculating...

    I found this a bit interesting. Hadn't heard or seen it in print before.     Probably because they beat two teams in the top 10 (SDSU/Montana) compared to us beating zero top 10 teams.
