The remaining 3 names are all acceptable. I'm happy that Sundogs and Northstars have been laid to rest, and don't buy these conspiracy therories. We need a name and new identity, that is the situation...we need to put this debate behind us and grow as an institution. (Which has been said many times before I know, but it's true!) Maybe just start with TD's to make it simple. Either pick a player name, or Special Teams/Defense could be another option. Less players scoring a TD in football compared to an entire roster of guys other than goalie scoring a goal in hockey, so there would be a lot of people that put "Santiago" or "Studsrud", but still would be fun. Passing TD's don't count for the QB, but for the player receiving them?

I don't think it should come as as surprise that an AHL PRESEASON game doesn't sell very well. There will be 10K at the UND preseason game, 1K at this game maybe?

UND football will be 2-1 or 3-0 after their first three games. That is progress for sure, I am hoping it is 3-0 headed to the Sky!
