Pathetic.

I think many of us thought we were going to be a very good team and that last year was an aberration caused by injuries and a lack of leadership on the team. Remember 2015 was a solid year and then obviously 2016 was a great season sans the playoff disaster. This team has been upgraded in so many positions over what the Hawks put on the field last season. CB, S, OLB, ILB, and QB are just flat out better and in some cases much better than what the Hawks were able to put on the field last season. The position group I had lots of questions about going into the season that has been a pleasant surprise to me has been the OL. Go Hawks!

Love this post! This team is rolling right now. We have destroyed, Northern Colorado, Montana and Sacramento State the last 3 weeks. The question is how good can this team be?

Unless Weber, ISU and SHSU all fall on their faces from here on out I don't see how 9-2 is not a seed in the tournament. Just win out!

This team is getting better fast. Third play of the game reminded me so much of 2016. Harris got the pick and nice return after Larson crushed the qb as he threw. Defense is really solid, creating turnovers and the offense is using weapons. Could end up being a season to remember.

Nearly every FBS team too.

If UND can clean up some special teams problems and stay away from any more significant injuries this team will make the playoffs and has the potential to win some games in those playoffs.

Palmborg is a great player in so many ways. Praying it isn’t as bad as it looked.
