Are you so sure of that? Their last conference didn't really want them. The conference they want doesn't want them. And I am not talking the WAC. No teams really want the leftover WAC teams. Hence the situation they are in. Look at Boise St noproblem finding a conference.

Didn't they say two or three weeks ago there should be another announcement any day now. I would love to be in a northern WAC with Idaho Montana MSU Denver Seattle EWU Idaho State Probably pipe dream though.

I didn't know UND beat MSU last season.

How quickly some forget Sports Illustrated asked ND sports fans their favorite college team and UND Hockey came out on Top.

Let's be honest whoever did this poll is on crack. It deserves no respect. He throws names in a hat. Holy Cross doesn't even give scholarships and was one game above .500 playing in the non schooly patriot league. I have never been to hi ho. But if you go to urbanspoon.com 88% of people like JL beers vs 80% for hi ho in Fargo. Of course this rating might have to do with more than just burgers.

I guess "ratings" are all relative but JL beers was selected by the USA Today as the best burger joint in North Dakota. Just Saying.

NDSU has no place to go but down. The stadium is sold out and they just won a national championship. Guys need a new stadium and move to FBS. They already got a winning record vs the FBS. Build a new stadium Join the Mwc and enjoy the home games with 30,000 people. The sad part for NSDU is there really isn't much difference between NDSU and UND. They play the same teams. It's just NDSU currently wins more and 8,000 more people watch.

Tom Dennis of the Herald had a nice piece back then saying UND should stay D2.

Does anyone really regret moving? Lots of people opposed it back in the day. Still hasn't really sunk in for me. Maybe when we are "dancing."
