You have a guy saying Rau's size matters. Rocco is two inches shorter than Rau. Size will always play a factor in sports. That is all.

How else do you get four games in one day? Women's hockey at the REA this weekend also, and the reason Scheels Arena is going to be hosting this tournament a lot going forward.

And that's why Boeser was drafted a lot higher than Rocco. Now if the question was what happened to Brian Lee, that's a more interesting topic, drafted higher than Zach Parise and almost everyone at number nine, and only playing two seasons at UND, but never panned out. Rau starting a nhl game over rocco, and likely won't last long either, meh.

Randomly watching the NHL throughout the year, they really seem to be emphasizing "american" stuff...heres a chart of the top american players on the team. Heres' the American stop players for todays game. And they seem to make a conscious effort to point out the US colleges these players attend. Has it always been this way or has this amount of stuff increased in recent years in response to something (a shift in better US players, a need to connect the game to the US viewer more)?
