I have never been yet but people always seem to have a good time at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival.
Now Fargo/North Dakota is gonna have their first ever.

I made a pit stop there about five years ago. Those kids ran a pretty good operation.
Credit cards and everything.
Had free advertising as people on KNOX radio were talking talking about it even back then.
A lot of people had fun at the Marshall County Fair (outside GF in Warren, MN) this weekend.
If you haven't been. It's highly recommended. Might just be the best fair in the Red River Valley.
And then catch a nighttime movie at the nearby SkyVu Drive In on your way out!
Great way to spend a summer weekend!
Hopefully you didn't try and see Kid Rock in Minot for the State Fair.
Show was canceled and the crowd was not happy about it.
Rioting Kid Rock fans trash North Dakota State Fair grounds, wild photos show
One of the newer apartments in GF has an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tubs, indoor basketball court, game rooms, theaters, gyms (fitness). And no availability.
Gonna need to build a new one.
Probably rents for a small mortgage too.
Among other factors. You can read the article yourself.
Maybe you missed the part where I wrote "cheaper" as one of the factors.
Or maybe you're good at seeing black and white.
Either way there's a shift toward more people preferring apartments over houses.
Yup and commercial on the first floor.
Lots of houses being built too.
There's a shift of people preferring apartments more nowadays.
Cheaper, less commitment, less upkeep.
The youtube generation so they can live the #vanlife.
New buildings (houses and businesses) usually get some form of tax break all over the country.
You run a successful food trucks no physical taxes to pay. Seems unfair for the guy that rents a building for his restaurant doesn't it?
Run a construction company out of your garage and trailers: no tax. Build a showroom and offices: Taxes!
A level playing field would be zero taxes just because you want a physical building but we know that ain't gonna happen.
