Forum Communications is slowly converting the Herald website into the "online version of WDAZ." Seems to be part of the reason the Herald recently hired a new sportswoman. As she seems to do a lot of video. (The physical GF Herald will likely be completely gone in three to five years. The paper lost Mondays, just like WDAZ had previously lost weekends.)

Is it really though? Population determinations are pretty accurate these days and they don't generally use mail to determine it. It's electronic these days. And likely use cell tower data usage to help determine these numbers. They use the same population protocol for everywhere so if they see a trend downwards, it's likely to be accurate.
