Didn't take long for the Big Ten to rub off on Notre Dame.

The committee usually "flips" close teams in some regionals for attendance purposes. Nothing new. Ain't like SCSU fans had a far distance to travel. Harvard traveled 50 miles to their regional. There will always be "home teams" (not hosting) in the east when the schools are so close together.

There's no proof he embellished. Guy got his neck snapped around/"bell rung." No one in their right mind is going to guess his hurt level in that situation and give him a penalty. Just cause he played again soon after doesn't prove he wasn't hurt. Plenty of people get knocked out and get back out there in sports (especially before the concussion protocols). If an intentional elbow to a players head isn't a 5, I don't know what is.

If so that sucks. It was one of the cooler events Grand Forks has ever held (especially outside).

What I'm seeing is Minnesota sports teams love to choke.

I hate the conference teams that have been good. Which doesn't leave me much room to like many teams. Signed, every UND fan.

No one stays at the Canad because it's cheap. The convenience factor is built into the price. Canad Inn is 12 years old. It's pretty comparable to other hotels that age around town. I'm sure they'll probably start to upgrade the rooms in the near future like older hotels do. I know C'mon Inn went through a pretty massive renovation a while back. Always thought that hotel has a pretty cool unique setup. A restaurant I'm always surprised to see so full is Speedway. Off the beaten path. Nonchalant exterior. Bland interior. No to little advertising/name brand. One could argue pretty mediocre food. But the parking lot in the evenings seems to always be full.

The blacktop they laid down on South Washington last year is already showing signs of deterioration.

Sorta gotta put the whole context out there. She never said she will never donate to UND ever again. She said just as long as Mark Kennedy is president. Plus she just donated more money to the building her dad built.
