While its good to try and not take many penalties in "the playoffs," I think it hindered UND's game a little too much last night.
A little too cautious about avoiding taking penalties.
Ain't like the DU PP has been lighting it up recently.
Thome certainly didn't lose the game for UND. As they scored zero goals.
But still need Thome to play better. This team isn't made to play from behind and when Thome gives up one goal on three shots in the first period.
It deflates the team (cause they know they suck at scoring).
