Hayduke, in my perfect world we’d only play sports that were revenue benign to UNDs budget. But we can’t per the NCAA. We must play some revenue losers. And the Feds say you must meet Title IX. So, you have to play and make budget and make Title IX. If you’re an expensive sport you’d better provide revenue to keep your cost and cost per participant down.

Next, the OCR report and findings sure don't lend any help to the complainants. I wouldn't be surprised if the NDUS just appeared before a court and presented the findings of the body with jurisdiction on Title IX (OCR) and said this complaint is baseless and should be tossed on lack of merit. Mr. Seigel hopes for quick resolution; me-thinks he'll get his wish at least.
