And which gets bumped into more often.

Those three guys have five or six (or more) coming at them on any given play. You need to rotate them through to stay fresh.
-
Aren't the name plates and numbers done in-house by the equipment man? Might they have had numbers and letters left (that meet minimum NCAA size requirements) in the equipment shop that they are going to burn through on the new sweaters. I'm guessing the jersey comes from Adidas/CCM/Reebok as shown in the picture and is modified in-house.

You and your crazy-talk.

FYP. It's MayPort-Clifford-Galesburg.

Are we sure the "reveal" wasn't the announcement about "wear the same stuff as the coaches"?

< patting self on back > I said from the start that logo is great small. It looks good on ball caps and polo shirts. It's fine as a patch on a football jersey front or hockey shoulder. It's good to about the size of a football helmet logo. That all said, beyond that size it's not great. It's not a hockey jersey front.

It's called "consistent marketing". I figured I'd better define it because we haven't seen it for quite a while.

Eggs have yolks. And those are yellow. Only those other guys are yellow. Strong bulls put the yoke on their shoulders and do the hard work.
-
Are they doing anything different with the helmets?
-
Did the yoke on the whites have a black trim edge last year? I like it on this.

I still like the watermark Great Wall instead of striping.

Why would you test your team? You have team rules. You expect your guys to abide by them, don't you? I find situations like this not only an NCAA rules violation but a breech of trust.
-
Doesn't the NCAA test a number of players randomly from each squad after an FCS playoff game?

Between the fiscal realities of most low tier FBS schools, the basic cost of football, the sundry issues (see: concussions) relating to the sport, and, yes, ultimately the television revenues, I still see a world where the top 70 or so of FBS form a tier, the remaining 40 or so of FBS have no choice but to partner with the top 40 or so of FCS and form a second tier, and the remainder of FCS is the third tier in "Division I FB".

How many cars are there in the Dubay train? It's that train wreck that just never seems to end. Can his "15 minutes" be up now?

"Farewell tour" was my thought as well.

In the last 24 hours I heard an uncorroborated, unverified rumor* that SDSU may have a couple guys with a problem similar to Gordon's and will be missing some time. The source would have second-hand level access to such information so I do believe it ... a little. < stand by for BunnyBoosters in ... > *apply grain of salt here

... or change its rules arbitrarily and capriciously.
-
Could it have to do with 18 year olds practicing against 22 year olds?
-
Since we're in the "if" world ... If 8 random FCS schools each got waivers to go FBS and formed (or just happened to be in) a conference ...

Capitalism? Supply and demand? Adam Smith's invisible hand? -
Correct. The term "kelly green" has always been used ... but what is kelly green? UND defines it now as Pantone 347.
-
Um, stickler for details, but the official school shade of green is Pantone 347. https://und.edu/identity/color.cfm
