  1. Strange, but that Aviation page does not appear as claimed. https://und.edu/programs/commercial-aviation-bsaero/index.html Nor does the visible Education page. https://und.edu/programs/early-childhood-education-bsed/index.html Nor the Accountancy https://und.edu/programs/accountancy-bacc/index.html
  2. We (I) don't know why Todd Anderson hasn't officiated since the Schuldt hit on Mismash. That said, it is a most curious coincidence. And as PCM knows, in my world there are no coincidences.
  3. Won't lack of competition (teams to play) do the same?
  4. I fully admit some of the rides would be hellish; however, that Willston to West Fargo trip is a joy today already. What says there couldn't be league games at neutral sites?
  5. I know this is blasphemy, but in hockey why don't ND and SD do a combined AA and A two-state system. Most of SD would be A but a couple teams might be AA worthy. And I'm saying this for both boys and girls hockey.
  6. Less is more. And I'm very happy to read that. Think Freund and Chris Kuper (played in arguably the best zone blocking scheme with Denver Broncos) have been chatting?
  7. Seems he may have a head start on that date.
  8. I saw Frisch play in a GB jersey earlier in 2019. Seems I'll see him in a Fargo Force jersey in 2019. I wonder which other jersey he'll wear in 2019.
  9. The Green Bay fire-sale sent Perbix to DM for Meyer and Herrmann and Ethan Frisch to Fargo for Gurney and O'Reilly. https://www.ushl.com/page/show/1434570-ushl-suspensions-and-transactions Force: https://www.fargoforce.com/news_article/show/998556
  10. I heard second-hand whispers that Green Bay (USHL) held a roster fire-sale over the weekend. Should be interesting to see who lands where ... UND's at CC Saturday. I think I'll go to a Fargo Force game instead.
  11. Coaches create a game plan and set expectations. Team leaders ensure that the team is ready to go, to meet expectations, and execute the plan. Being ready to go every night, every shift, not having ups and downs, is a maturity issue. Historically we've been blessed with some self-starters and some folks that have that and the natural ability plus the ability to make those around them better. (See Parise, Toews). What I don't see right now is that guy in the upper classes. I don't see that inspiring leader. I see a couple self-motivated, self-starter folks, but nothing that stands out as "so follow me" natural leadership. I see flashes of natural leadership in 19 because he's always there (consistent maturity), but talent-wise he'll never be confused for a Parise or Toews. But, right now, I'd take a Mario Lamoureux, Rylan Kaip, Mike Prpich, Peter Armbrust type leader. I really like Colton Poolman's game and play, but he's not that leader, I don't see that spark (whatever it is). I don't see it in the others with letters either. Frankly, I don't see it in any of the upper classes. I didn't see it last year either (Pogo et al). But I do see a glimmer of something in 19.
  12. @MafiaMan @Blackheart Some seem to be playing fast and lose with the Queen's English. I sure hope we don't loose control of the language.
  13. With an internal testing program and a supplements consultant there a lot I'd think it'd be possible to come up with a levels management approach to stay just below detectable or NCAA allowable.
  14. It'll be a mile north of Horace at County 17 and 76th Avenue, so, yes, they'll have to redraw the Sheyenne lines at minimum.
  15. GF HS boundaries: http://www.grandforksgov.com/home/showdocument?id=58 Fargo HS boundaries: https://www.fargo.k12.nd.us/site/handlers/filedownload.ashx?moduleinstanceid=95&dataid=4670&FileName=Secondary Boundaries.pdf (I find the cutout in Fargo so Bluemont Lakes can go to Davies but "Little Bosnia" goes to South most interesting.) 16. Same thing is happening in Fargo. South's strong suits will go (have gone?) from football and hockey to BB and soccer with changing demographics. Davies (newest area, higher socioeconomic realm) will take over in football and hockey. Expect the same in West Fargo as in Grand Forks with the Packers being Central and WF Sheyenne being Red River, Or South is WF and Davies is Sheyenne. Bismarck (BHS, CHS, LHS) just doesn't seem to follow this pattern ... yet.
  17. Say what? Can't find that news.
  18. Nope. And that's just fine. https://fightinghawks.com/news/2019/2/14/north-dakota-unveils-2019-football-schedule.aspx
  19. The ice on Copacabana Beach isn't so great. It would slow them down.
  20. Wilber ... off the top rope ... down goes Davies!
  21. I'll cut that PxP guy some slack. He's trying to read numbers on the backs of those Bismarck jerseys.
  22. That's where you have the circle of sticks, right?
  23. Caveat emptor.
  24. And a fifth ... ... round draft kind, not the @MafiaMankind.
  25. NHL Radio on SiriusXM is saying Boston is getting Coyle.
