Covid testing in North Dakota is a non random sampling. It is folks who self select to be tested because they believe they may have been exposed. It’s no better than Internet polls which are self selected samples also. Frankly it’s about as useless for larger population extrapolation as standing outside a shooting range and surveying the people coming and going about if they own a firearm or not.

All three are accurate. Giving a name (anyone here ever met Mr. Wallace?) evokes a different emotional response than the other two.
