Hypothetically, ... Say we get to "week last" and SDSU and SIU are each sitting at 0 or 1 loss. They're in. Say UND is 7-3 (losses to Neb, SIU, SDSU) and NDSU is 7-3 (losses to Ari, SDSU, SIU). When UND wins and is 8-3, and NDSU is 7-4, will those same folks be chirping the same "only get 3 teams" noise? Summary: Those folks are running an agenda. Here's hoping it backfires badly upon them.

Chaves went the Friday hockey versus Holy Cross, flew out Saturday morning to PIT, caught a ride from PIT to YSU with the AAD (CFO) who always goes with FB, and flew home with the FB team. Today (Fri) he's riding to MSP with AAD EM and coming back Sat morning for football. And somewhere in there he found time this week to tour UND with his senior in HS son*. *I strongly recommend administrators at UND do this periodically. It's really easy to miss what is happening outside your domain unless you take time to go and look around.

Good news: SDSU's RB1 and RB2 were pretty beat up after the NDSU game. Bad news: SDSU's TE1 is back.

UND's official academic colors are green and pink (colors of a prairie rose). UND's official athletics colors are green (Pantone 347), black, and white. (It's deemed the pink would not garner proper respect so it's not used.) But the UND script logo is green with an orange flame. Is that some acknowledgement of the past use of orange? (Before you say flames are orange, they could've gone red or yellow flame.) I think it might be time to go to the roof and put on the @Teeder11signal for an explanation.
