    The west side of the central fire station has windows and no lights, but the brick building in the photo does. And the fire station has an AC unit on the south end of the west facing wall. The trees on the west side of winky are pines. The picture ain't pines. And the blue street sign doesn't fit. (What's it say?)

    Upon review: No it can't be from the north looking south. Both eyes are open (no wink) from that side.

In the Herald photo, there's no overhang or posts on the south end of that building. And how is that black SUV at the south side of the red roof building? Google shows no parking there. And the assumed "fire station" in the background, where are the west facing windows if you're looking east? You guys are thinking you're looking east. Could this be looking south at the smile on that (north) side?

    To answer that someone would have to (a) explain "the bluff" undertaken, and (b) explain in detail what was done to "call" it. That's a bit more nuanced than an ambiguous six-word post.

    Have you ever dealt with one of those? 20 days. RFP went out 4/29. Twenty working days from that is 5/27. If you were looking to see who is communicating you'd wait a few days (a week?) after the RFP went out before putting in a FOIA. That would be the end of this week. Patience. Closing thought: The most likely FOIA requestors would be Miller or Schlossman. But as Miller said, a potential bidder signs his (their) paycheck(s). Do they want to rattle the apple cart or just let the process play out.
