    Both hits deserve higher level review because of "distance". They were lining it up a zone away. That is, for lack of a better word, premeditation. I will also say, with the prevalence of cameras and video today, I'm glad I turned in my stripes long ago.

    Back to page 5: If they built out that "Item 6" (at U and Columbia) and tied it (using the stand alone tower that exists) to "Item 2" (Mem Vill) it's probably what you saw artwork of. Putting in a skyway from Mem Vill to the existing tower would make sense as that's already tied to the ramp. Easy parking.

    Hey, zoom way in on page 5, at Memorial Village. There's what looks to be a ... skyway ... from the "bridge to nowhere" to Memorial Village! My dream might happen! Now if we could just get a "bona fide electrified, six-car monorail" from Alerus, up 42nd, down the heart of campus (University), up to REA, to Med, we'd have caught up to Shelbyville!

    Need to be specific: WDAY TV and WDAY-AM are not the same. (Wheely is TV, and yes, if he says duck you duck.) The guys doing WDAY-AM weather don't seem to be hype-mongers (but they have their LRC thing they're bought into).

    Someone I trust that has unique insights tells me much the same: The highest levels aren't making the commitment and are satisfied doing it on the cheap.

    I made one change (split with DU): PWR 17 I made us 4 losses (Q, UMn, DUx2): PWR 8 I made us 3 losses (Q, UMn, DU): PWR 1 Getting swept by DU hurts more than we choose to admit.
