Somebody during a CSTV interview rolled that number out. If it was 70+ outside and the rink had no AC and was full of people, that's very possible.

I agree with this but with one caveat: If this was the first time this had happened, no. But seeing how this is now "fool me twice" yes, BC should have had to forfeit for not being able to provide suitable playing conditions.

Skating even just 2 periods on slush in 80 degree air is not a break.

First, no AC? What a joke. Next, this has happened before but no resolution? For this reason I believe BC should be forced to forfeit this game. But, I will say that I'll take the two period road tie at BC over a "fog puck" catching JPL blind or someone getting hurt from second-rate playing conditions.

Seems the "Mystic Lakers" are more interested in pleasing the wasicu (white man) than helping fellow Nations. Curious.
