Siouxdonyms Posted November 4, 2007 Author Posted November 4, 2007 Now they'll probably give JPL a penalty for hitting that guy. Quote

Siouxtimestwo Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 Is anyone else a little disappointed in Duncan tonight? He played well yesterday, but he has been a complete non-factor tonight. Hasn't really made any plays to set either himself or a teammate up for a scoring opportunity. He's just been getting buried in the corners. Quote
Siouxfan_inDenver Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 Did the boys go out and party a bit too hard last night? Quote

That happened a lot last year too when we played teams who actually focused on him. The kid's 5'6", so you can blame him for getting buried. He's a workhorse though. Quote

BigGreyAnt41 Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 Bachman is definitely lobbying for the permanant starting position on CC. He's stealing this game for them. Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 Billy Sweatt can move! Genoway, again, getting caught flat-footed. Quote
keikla Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 Wow. Genoway just got totally undressed by Sweatt Quote

He just doesn't have that aura that makes me get excited and stand up and say, "Look out Duncan's got the puck, somethings gonna happen" like an Oshie or even an Vande has shown this year. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted November 4, 2007 Author Posted November 4, 2007 Goodness, we just don't look good tonight. Guys sliding into one another, etc. Quote

I still get that feeling when he gets the puck in his "office." Quote

For sure. I never thought I'd be saying this, but thank god Finley stayed or else we might not have have a defenseman on the roster more interested than sticking their body into somebody than jumping up into the play and getting their name in the stat sheet.
