Great! Pressure the ball and force them to the big man. Josh Jones and his 13 blocked shots over 2 years will handle the rest

I actually think Denver will finish higher than 7th. Carson Johnson is going to be really good in this league. 

UND is probably in the right spot. A lot of the scoring load is going to be on Garret Anderson. Supposedly, defense is going to be much stronger but we will see. 

Johnson is quite a story. Went from averaging a pretty modest 15 ppg as a junior in high school, then signing with MSU-Moorhead in November of 2023, then had a good senior year in high school but still not good enough to attract any dI attention, then started off as a redshirt for the first month or so of his freshman season before being forced into action due to injuries, and went on to average about 20 ppg as a true freshman. Now a preseason all-Summit pick. At the rate he's improving, he might be at a much higher-profile program as a junior and senior.

Good player, curious to see him compete at this level. Will his game drop off a bit?

We missed out last year not grabbing a rising star coach in our area in Bergstraser.   That type of situation doesnt always come along.  I guess we did get Sather as a rising star out of Northern.

The nwmo coach was a finalist but he told Chavez his price and Chavez couldn’t get there. Believe at that time it was $250k
