I didn't realize the younger Starcevic was getting P4 offers.  I think the brother/family connection could help this play out the way you decribed.

I'm aware of his ranking nationally and his incredibly impressive list of P4 offers. I'm not saying this is likely, but to me this angle for UND actually plays. Stay home, play with your brother, play where your parents attended (both student athletes). Play in front of family and friends. Be a part of the rising of this program. Play early, dominate. Really sell that him and his brother could be a part of history. After two or three years, we'll help you pack your bags. You'll be celebrated when you portal out as an upper classman. 

Likely? No, but I think it plays. 

This should be the general pitch to everyone we are recruiting. Playing time, part of history and we will help you pack the beg once you are here for 3 years and help support you.

Disagree, but maybe I'm just not ready to accept the new NIL and transfer portal era.

If they kid is here 3 years plus redshirt and produces playoff wins and great stats. Im not going to be mad at that kid getting life changing money for one year.
