Blackheart Posted Tuesday at 07:25 PM Posted Tuesday at 07:25 PM Sorry if this has been posted already but Schlossman of the Heraldo put this in today's paper...thought it was pretty funny. UND radio analyst Darrin Looker dropped the phrase of the night in regards to the major power play, where UND scored three times in the five minutes. Because major power plays don't expire after a goal, they're sometimes referred to as "all-you-can-eat power plays." Looker said Minnesota Duluth gave UND an all-you-can-eat, "and UND showed up in sweatpants." 2 Quote

It sure makes their stats look a lot better than they were for the second half of the season, but they need to be consistently scoring each game on the power play in order to keep winning games, especially this weekend. Not only that, they need to continue to be aggressive outside their power plays to draw more penalties. The disparity in power plays between us and the opposition has to change. Quote

Yeah, only getting a couple power plays a game isn't a recipe for success. Quote
