Fargo Commish Turnberg is mostly giving opinions (and hearsay) here, but a "shots fired" call to the mayor's house not making the news for 10 weeks doesn't seem like transparency. It actually lends to her point of corruption and special treatments.

• Unintentional: 1.1% (600 deaths) 
• Cops were 400 and 500 unditermined.    
   
• CDC attributes roughly 700,000 deaths a year to Cardiovascular Disease. We all have the right to own firearms, and also the right to eat that delicious Ribeye. Thank you very much.
