brianvf Posted October 31, 2004 Posted October 31, 2004 Just wondering if anyone knew anything about this. Hopefully he will be able to play against the Tigers this upcoming weekend. TH said it was a problem with his left leg. He didn't go immediately to the locker room, so that may be a good sign. Hopefully he is ok. Prpich I heard is supposed to be back this weekend, but Fabian is out for the month with a bum shoulder. Quote

There was no official word on his injury. Quote
#1siouxfan22 Posted October 31, 2004 Posted October 31, 2004 Hopefully the brace was just precautionary. Quote
WPoS Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 Hopefully the brace was just precautionary. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> great, one of my best scoring guys on my fantasy league...any updates? WPoS Quote
Fighting Sioux #1 Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 Hak was on 1440 this morning. They said they couldn't talk about Brady's injury, but said "we'll be without him for a long time". DAMMIT!!! Quote

DAMMIT!!! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Sounds like an MCL or ACL. That's is not good news for us. Did Coach have anything else to say? Quote
Marty Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 Maybe it will get Stafford to step it up. Quote
ScottM Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 That should screw up the lines a bit. This sucks. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I believe Murray was also favoring a leg after the Minnie series. I hope he didn't cause more damage in Beantown, instead of staying back and getting ready for more WCHA play. Quote
dagies Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 That hurts. Our team has been relatively serious injury free the past couple of years. Maybe that's catching up to us now. Hope Brady is a quick healer. Quote
Wilbur Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 Well, hopefully the coaching staff waits to play Brady until he is 100 percent. Knee injuries are career threatening, and I hope that he gets ample time to heal, and get a little healthy. Its still early in the year, and UND will need him more come playoff time than they do right now. Heal well Brady. Quote
hockeygirls2714 Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 We're hoping it's only a MCL and not an ACL, as that could be a lot more career threatning to Brady! He's a valuable player whom we very much enjoy watching. Does anyone know how and when we can find out more and more official information, and does anyone know how exactly all of this happened?? thanks Quote
redwing77 Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 What makes you think it isn't just a knee sprain or a high ankle sprain? Both, I hear, are quite painful and lingers on over time. Quote
