UND#84 Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 Dressler had much better hands in my opinion. I still wonder how good Hardin could have been if he didn't have so many drops. I wonder how good he could have been if we had consistency in out QB position! Lets see Landry, Goska, Henderson, Bradon, Joey, 2X Freshman.. 7 QB in 4 years how may under throws, over throws bad passes. Could've should've etc..... They both had great careers Dressler played on better teams. Quote

geaux_sioux Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 So all of Hardins drops were due to the different QBs? C'mon nah! They did miss him on at least 10 deep balls this season where he was very open which could have been tds or at least long completions. Quote
Westside Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Saw on twitter this morning that Dressler has a tryout w/ KC Chiefs this week. Also, the Sask. Roughriders could be negotiating w/ Hardin (if he is not taken in the NFL draft) http://www.rodpeders...lie_13.html?m=1 * Amidst the Dressler news, last week the Roughriders added to their negotiation list wide receiver Greg Hardin from the University of North Dakota. The 5'11", 177 lb wideout from Bellevue, Nebraska had 14 touchdowns during the 2012 season which tied him with Dressler in the UND record books. The Riders may have to wait on Hardin however as he stands a good shot at going in the 2014 NFL Draft. Quote
BJC Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 Workouts are a given for this off-season, but I've heard he's negotiating a full-blown contract. Make no mistake, he'll get his opportunity. Full blown contract means nothing. Only guarantee is a signing bonus and 1st day of camp if tryout goes well. Quote
UND-FB-FAN Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 Full blown contract means nothing. Only guarantee is a signing bonus and 1st day of camp if tryout goes well. Similar to undrafted free agents - there's no signing bonus so they have to make the final roster or practice squad to get paid. That's what Dressler will have to do. Quote
UND#84 Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Hardin is in California preparing for the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl. Signing with Turner Sports Management out of SC. Practices (Wed, Thurs, Fri) and Game (Saturday) will be aired on ESPN2. Go SIOUX Mr. H 3 Quote
The Sicatoka Posted January 18, 2014 Posted January 18, 2014 Luke Schleusner For one play, yes. Quote
geaux_sioux Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 Greg had two catches last night for a game high 51 yards. They rotated every series so opportunities weren't the greatest but he had big first down catches on both of his targets and was a punishing blocker on run plays. Quote
jdub27 Posted March 12, 2014 Posted March 12, 2014 Not sure where to put this, so it is going here. Report from Pro Day down in Fargo: Eric Peterson‏ @FargoBigE 23m UND WR Greg Hardin ran in low 4.4s in the 40. Quote
Bulk Truck Posted May 25, 2014 Posted May 25, 2014 Jim Hester 1966 UND football, Colehour to Hester was a great combination, back in the day! Quote
