Vegas_Sioux Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 anyone else noticing the tv broadcast freezing Quote
Wilbur Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 Maybe a bit of a turning point in the game. Stecher again is just.....he might be my favorite player. Quote
Siouxray Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 He did win the iron man competition, but that doesn't always translate to playing time. Gotta earn it. He was not in the lineup a ton last year either. I was told his teammate sliced his leg during a game and was out the majority of the season. Quote
Wilbur Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 Benik with just a tremendous release on that post. Quote
Sioux-cia Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 I was told his teammate sliced his leg during a game and was out the majority of the season. You answered your own question. Quote
Sioux-cia Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 I like the speed and passing of this team! Quote
Wilbur Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 Talk about sloppy ice. Bouncing everywhere. Quote
iluvdebbies Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 Bryn is just not that type of player. I don't think he has a place with Gaarder and Pattyn. I think that line looks pretty solid tonite....lots of offensive zone time and creating chances. Quote
Siouxray Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 You answered your own question. he looked better than a few out there tonight. Quote
Sioux-cia Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 He snatched that puck right out of the air between two players!!!! Quote
Wilbur Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 Seems like all SCSU right now. Maybe need a regroup. Two minutes. Quote
Wilbur Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 Good shift by the Grimaldi line after the rush by Mattson. Quote
Wilbur Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 Mitch has not seen the ice since he had that poor shift about the midway point of the second period. Calling it right now. He's not in the lineup tomorrow. Quote
burd Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 St. Cloud can skate. Great hockey to watch. Our young D learning the game pretty fast. Quote
siouxforeverbaby Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 I was told his teammate sliced his leg during a game and was out the majority of the season. His leg was sliced by Jimmer's skate around the middle of Dec. '12. He had surgery on December 16, 2012. He next played on January 18th, 2013. He did miss most of Spring 2012 due to a shoulder injury. My guess is that he is either hurt or someone else had a better week in practice this week. Either that or a rule infraction that we haven't heard about. Main point, no one else knows any more than you do unless they are keeping secrets from the rest of us. Quote
Wilbur Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 St. Cloud can skate. Great hockey to watch. Our young D learning the game pretty fast. I'm very impressed with SCSU. Gritty group. They are playing a great road game. I think they took a bit out of Yale's book with a lot of puck pressure in every zone. Not giving UND much space whatsoever. Quote
WiSioux Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 According to the live chat, he is a healthy scratch. Quote
Kenny Rogers Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 This UND Insider is worth it solely for the American Tire commercials. I mean, the hockey is terrific, but you can't beat that jingle. 1 Quote
