Smoggy
The band did not go. Perhaps the arena has a recording of the fight song. I thought I heard New Hampshire's fight song yesterday as well, but they never showed a band and I don't remember hearing music during stoppages. gopherz
Still wish they would take more shots. Agreed. Few pucks slid off of sticks where some good looks would have been, Chorney's comes to mind. How big is this Princeton goalie? He looks TINY
Siouxdonyms
Oshie with a point blank chance, but could't get the puck settled.

Siouxtimestwo
We are getting all kinds of chances. Keep this up boys!
OhioSiouxFan
I'm very impressed with Vandevelde so far. he seems to be everywhere! I predict two points for him today if he keeps hustling.....
gopherz
5'11 175lbs Little bigger than I expected. He plays small then, Kangas' style and size makes it look like David and Goliath.

VV has been our second best forward all year long, IMO. I'm a little biased though, since I seem to have a mancrush on him that I can't explain. Bob in Wisconsin
TH estimates 5 or 6 thousand in attendance, if that, and the place holds 15000.
Siouxtimestwo
40 seconds left. Get a late goal here and break their spirit.

SiouxFanatic
Wow has our defenseman been a little shaky. I've noticed they've been fanning and missing the pucks a little too much for the first period.
fightingsioux4life
We dominated parts of that period, but there also were stretches that we got careless in the defensive zone and made some poor choices with the puck. The last minute of the period almost cost us. Thank goodness for JPL (take THAT Puffy!). I think we have more talent and depth and we can wear them down as the game goes on. But if we keep giving it away like that, Princeton will take advantage.

Oxbow6
Solid 1st. We will wear them down by mid 2nd. Need to bury the point blank chances!! Still waiting to see their speed!

Princeton's goalie seems to give up a lot of big, juicy rebounds. We have to take advantage of that in the 2nd and 3rd periods and put this team away. If you let them hang around too long, it could get hairy in the third.
