BigGreyAnt41 Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 I don't think anybody is going to make the mistake of leaving Duncan open again. You'd think the last two years would have showed that to EVERYBODY. Quote
Siouxtimestwo Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 It couldn't have come soon enough because I was having flashbacks to the 2nd MTU game at the Ralph a couple of weeks ago. Quote
gopherz Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 You wonder why teams in other conferences score so many goals...their goalies are sieves. The save the Air Force dude made was just annointed "save of the year in college hockey" by the announcers. UNBELIEVABLE! GOAL AIR FORCE!! 1-1! WHAT A HUGE MOMENTUM CHANGER. From a sure 2-0 to 1-1 Quote
AussieSiouxFan Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 just got the goal on the audio, i think it is getting further and further behind..... Quote
HeidiSioux62 Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 There is no justice. I agree - I love my Sioux and want them to win any way they can and I'll take it - but they don't deserve this one. Quote
SiouxScore! Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 Nice power play goal. Now let's finish these guys. Quote
Fetch Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 Dunc getting open & having confidence in his shot at this time is great for us I predict a Hat trick coming Quote
SiouxFanatic Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 I agree - I love my Sioux and want them to win any way they can and I'll take it - but they don't deserve this one. On the contrary my opinion is if the Sioux win they deserve it. Princeton has played a good game but the big difference is we have an outstanding goalie thats shutting Princeton down for the most part. If Princeton can't score then why do they deserve it? Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 I agree - I love my Sioux and want them to win any way they can and I'll take it - but they don't deserve this one. Sure they do. They have 3 goals and have allowed none thus far. It hasn't been pretty by any means, but it doesn't have to be pretty. I want them to pick it up to the standard we're used to, but if we have to win like this, than so be it. It's still better then a loss! Quote

Upper Deck Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 Sure they do. They have 3 goals and have allowed none thus far. It hasn't been pretty by any means, but it doesn't have to be pretty. I do hope they turn on the jets tomorrow. In Phil we still trust. Quote
sagard Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 I agree - I love my Sioux and want them to win any way they can and I'll take it - but they don't deserve this one. Hockey is a funny game. UND has the top three players in skates so they deserve the win to me. I'm guessing they will play a lot better tomorrow. Quote
Siouxtimestwo Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 Very nice chance, but we should have just taken the first shot instead of making one too many passes. Sure looked pretty though. Quote

Taking it one step further, it's nice to finally be in a game where the goalie probably stole a one from the other team in which we won. We've been on the opposite end of these games far too many times. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 Penalty on Phil and a Princeton player. Quote
Fetch Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 Kinda dumb - but if your gonna be dumb 3-0 is a good time could be the difference in a shut out or not Quote
