Belquist sure doesn’t look like the skinny freshman he once was. Looks ripped! Would not be surprised if he is the best WR in the MVFC this year! He can only get batter from the last great couple years.

If that’s the case we better be winning a national title this year. If we don’t make it to the frozen four it WILL be a disappointment!

What bars in the state play UND hockey games as much or more than NDSU football games? UND is barely followed anymore in the state.

You obviously do not live in ND. Go around Bismarck, Minot to sports bars and tell me what you see more logos of? Let’s not even talk about small town bars…… Scheels is just one of the signs of what’s going on. When is the last time they wrote an article on ESPN about UND? NDSU is more relevant right now outside of Fargo than UND. Not sure how you can argue that.

Yeah I never knew what NDSU was as a kid and never owned an article of clothing, and it’s not like my family was skewed only one way. NDSU wasn’t a thing. Losing the Sioux logo was a huge blow because it was replaced with a horrendous one. No moving to D1 sooner has also put us behind. Other than the beautiful UND campus improvements there is not much we are winning on between the two universities.

Those sports WERE 1a and 1b. Not anymore! UND is riding in the back to NDSU. Just check out the Scheels store in Bismarck! Mostly NDSU…… like UND barely exists. We cant let’s this get worse!

Titles are all that matter, screw good seasons when you cant win it all! I had enough of that in college. The season gets boring when you consistently choke when it matters most.

UND is no longer relevant outside of Grand Forks. Not sure what you puck heads don’t get about that…… not sure I am fine with a dying program

So if we go 0 for 5 or even 1 for 5 are any of you ready to realize this program is no longer elite? Doesn’t mean we still can’t have a good program but titles seem pretty far off for this coaching staff…….

That’s what happens when you win titles. Can’t blame a kid that wants to win a title…..

So you are telling me when hockey season rolls along we will see more UND merchandise on the shelves? Not buying that argument. Even UND hockey isn’t enough to over take Bison Football. Who is the JV sport now? Either our logo sucks or no one cares about UND sports as much anymore compared to the Ag school……

Went to the new Scheels store in Minot and the NDSU clothes outnumbered UND clothes 4-1. What the heck is going on at UND to let themselves become second fiddle to the ag school!?!?!? Is it the crappy logo that no one wants to buy? Is the state no longer a big fan of UND teams compare to NDSU? Either way this doesn’t look for UND!

I’m just glad we can finally get some big ten games. I was told we had to drop the Sioux name so that we could schedule these games. Only took a decade………

I don’t think Trey wants to play D2 football until he actually is around long enough to develop and really determine if he is going to play. Plus wasn’t he a baseball guy too?

If the Nebraska game is already out of reach after the first half we need to start Quincy the whole semiconductor half. Let him wear down that defense and see what he has playing every down. Also play our 2s and 3s so they can get experience. I trust our depth to put up a good fight.

Yeah some deep playoff runs and a win over Ag U would go pretty far. We have seen better attendance when we are winning. Just need to win!

Wentz struggling in camp with his accuracy. Not good when Dan Patrick covers that on his show. Hopefully he can fix it before the season starts.

On Doms 8/9 show, to be fair he said UND could be a good team this year and make the playoffs if we beat UNI. Of course UND always comes up when they talk Bison….

Talking about trash, McFooly was trashing UND and SDSU indoor performance facilities because they have tracks in them and were bragging that the Ag U one does not because it is a “football first facility”……. So much for your facilities being used to the benefit of the entire university! Let alone to mens and womens athletics. Funny thing thing is one of the big reasons they haven’t been invited to make a jump is because their other programs are still stuck in basement while football gets the Cadillac facilities. McFooly is such a tool, he is no ally of UND!

Even if our OL is the same as last year we should still have a good season. The only way we don’t make the playoffs is if we choke, not because we don’t have a good team. Honestly our short yardage plays can’t get any worse…

UND isn’t investing in the HPC2 and Memorial Village because they want to compete with the average FCS schools…… UND want to be a top FCS team with the top facilities. Offering COA was also not by mistake. UND leadership will Not be caught off guard again to be left at a lower level if there is any future movement to the G5 by the top regional FCS schools.

But wasn’t that his game in HS? I don’t need a QB option type of run. I want him to scramble when there is no throw so he tucks it and runs to pick up yards. No reason to worry about him getting hurt. We have enough other guys waiting in the wings.

If I had midco in WY I would not have dropped cable, I miss midco lots! Can’t say that for any other state I’ve lived in!
