It's sad how they've not utilized him like they could have. He is going to finish his regular season junior year with 6 catches.

When there is 6 in the box like that last play you freaking run it right at them, should a been doing that last week when 6 in the box!

I'm with you, no way I'm rooting for NDSU tomorrow. We aren't getting a win past the 1st round anyway, I want to see NDSU lose and not get a seed.

Then most likely we win a playoff game at home, then get beat by 10 or more on the road. Then the press conference is the same as it has been for several years...... "We just need to get better"

I don't think it's this. We have guys like Red, Wes, Skokna, Smith, Dennis, Seidl etc. That have some pretty good speed that these guys are practicing against. It's not like 8 years ago when we had 1 fast guy on offense.

So that post says we don't deserve to make the playoffs after our performance yesterday......as in losing by 4 points on the road to the #6 team in the country.....makes sense.

That is true, but we do generally play well at home. And with a playoff bid on the line and if being senior day, I expect the guys will be ready to play and we'll have a good game. I expect a win.

Agree with this 100 percent. Love hearing Kellys insight and all the guys on the podcast. But ya he can't can't always say everything he is thinking regarding coaching for obvious reasons.....but who cares, I think we all get that....and it's not like him calling out Bubba or others will magically turn a loss into a win. Kelly did say he thought we were going to lose today, I think he calls it like hey sees it most of the time.

Klein is averaging 16 yards a catch, but only 6 catches through 10 games. I'm sure we all envisioned him having 6 catches in his Junior season when we recruited him. What a waste.

Remember when Tom Miller said Klein was making plays in practice last year even but he just needs to get healthy. Ok so 2023 he is healthy all season....and he has what 5 pass attempts so far this year?

Agree, has their been an incomplete pass thrown his way this year yet? Seems like it's either been complete or a penalty every time we've thrown to him. I'm quite sure I'm wrong and there have been incomplete passes to him, but seems like it's always positive. Remember that late throw Feeney tossed down to him and he made a circus catch for a TD? I mean isn't that exactly why recruited a kid like that? WTF

Why because he is originally from UND? Idaho just lost to Weber State today, much worse team than USD at home . Not saying I hate Luke.....but if he wasn't from UND would he really be on UND's radar?

Doesn't matter if they don't give them the ball when there is only 6 in the box. Sorry but I'm going to beat this like a dead horse........think it was early 4th quarter....and we are about mid field. We pick up 7 yards on a run around the right side. It's 2nd and 3 on roughly 45 yard line....I think. We line up....there are 4 DL and only 2 linebackers anywhere near the box. Could have easily run it but we throw a 1 yard pass to Q and he drops it, wouldn't have gained much on the play anyway....although they almost intercepted it too. Now its 3rd and 3.....6 in the box again and we throw another incomplete pass and punt. Just felt like we could have rammed it down their throats.... especially with only 6 in the box. I don't get it. I like Danny, but this was just bad. If you could have told me we'd give up 14 points we would have taken that all day long. Those long yardage situations completely sucked, but this is not on the defense.

Exactly. I remember the 360 guys say that Danny just runs his plays ....he doesn't care or pay attention to what the defense is doing or how they are playing him. Seems like a horrible trait of an offensive coordinator, to not see that there are 6 guys in the box and you can run on them but you send in multiple 1 yard pass plays.

If Danny kept pounding it on the ground like we did against NDSU we likely win.
