  1. I hear Doves with the word NO as the background is a popular way to go these days.
  2. I apologize for only being able to give you one thumbs up.
  3. Man, this makes us geniuses who wanted no nickname look even smarter; if that's possible.
  4. We could even get Ed Schafer to pick out a team logo.
  5. I believe the procedure is you pay 50k, get kicked in the package, and then told by Ed Schafer to enjoy it.
  6. I'm confused. Did UND pay 50k for a logo, or a small shoulder patch? The majority dislike it altogether, and it sounds like nearly everyone who is ok with it has already relegated it to shoulder patch status.
  7. At least I can tell it's not a dove.
  8. Come on now, you're asking for the impossible. let's stay within the realm of reality.
  9. I found a video of SME's top graphic designer working on a new NDSU Scream Yellow campaign.
  10. #buttthanksgiving
  11. If I look at this long enough I can see a Roughrider and his horse. Dang it, what a missed opportunity!!!!
  12. Compared to our logo, it's a Picasso.
  13. That could make things interesting...
  14. -The bird is one color with zero detail except for a couple of black eyes. -How do the feathers infer motion? All we got is the bird head. It's two dimensional. Looks like a bird mugshot. -having the ND in green and doubling as the background is problematic. -it is the worst attempt I have seen at a new logo. I would buy and wear any of the other logos that were drawn up and posted on Sioux sports over the last several months.
  15. Memphis did a nice job. Detail, three colors on tiger, action pose lunging over the M. A white outline as opposed to no outline. Well done.
  16. How about a green bird? Or green and white, and/or with some other color accents? trying to make it an all in one, one colored bird + initials logo, on a green background, was asinine.
  17. So you found a rare bird with a genetic pigment condition. Congratulations.
  18. It's a big, plain, all white bird with barely discernible, subtle features. Thus, the dove label.
  19. I'm not so sure given the "hawk" we just inherited; SME and Ed could've goofed up roughriders as well and given us a monkey riding a bucking zebra. Although that would at least be original.
  20. It's a bird, it's plain, it's............. Siouxperbland!!!!
