You heard it here first folks; there's a 75% chance Carson Wentz will be playing in the Super Bowl.

If/when UND comes out with a plan for FCOA, they will most likely explain what the plan is, and will detail what it is for. NDSU's drastic hike demand 2 years into a 5 year plan regarding student fees, and no reasonable explanation other than....um....we need more money...for like.... things, and stuff......(even though we all know it has to do with FCOA), is why this issue has entertainment value for many of us.

I hate to keep ripping on him, but the flow of the offense is ten times better when Shanks is on the bench. things grind to a halt when he's clogging up the middle. he can be a valuable situational guy off the bench, but to expect major minutes from him just doesn't seem wise at this point.

exactly, it just doesn't work. and as you or someone else mentioned, you don't get those bail out type body contact calls at the end of a game. the guys seemed tired at the end. the bench was shortened a little in the second half.

the play is stand around, wait until we almost run out of time, and then drive and shoot, or drive and dish. I would prefer to at least one time keep running the motion offense instead.

right. Drick had no problem getting good looks. keep running the motion offense and get it to him would've been a good option.

I can't remember the last time UND ran a play other than Crandall or Hooker go one on five and throw up a prayer at the end of a game or half.

agreed. he seemed a step slower tonight too, I don't know if possibly his foot is bothering him worse than usual or what. he couldn't get separation when attempting to drive most of the night.

I never said that; i'm sure he's a fine artist. But as I mentioned, i don't see how this particular display involves any artistic talent.

I agree with UNDBIZ. I'm going to start calling one of my pastures the Western Louvre Outdoor Museum. I'll be the first to admit I know nothing about Art...but I really don't understand how this is considered art. Thousands of dollars donated to make grand forks more artsy, and this is one of the results? Just seems silly. Hopefully the next effort involves some sort of talent.

This simpleton math doesn't factor in how much each university kicks in from other areas to fund athletics, nor does it take into account the number of sports offered at each school. (for instance, some universities offer women the opportunity to participate in sports, as well.) and lastly off the top of my head, it doesn't acknowledge the full cost for a student to attend each school. But i'm sure it makes for a great talking point among the ill informed.

Thanks Lawkota; but alas, the long walk from the '78 Caddy to the door at Holiday to save 4 cents on gas in the bitter cold gave me pneumonia.
