Great job...sad to see these men leave but best wishes!

This just just a sad, sad day... for everyone. Coaches, players, fans... It is hard to think about draining the swamp when you are up to your a!! In alligators. driving to a home game next year was on my radar screen but not sure.... too painful. The memories of Sioux football would become tarnished.... it seems we have turned into a school almost directly east and onecto the southwest that battled for last place in the conference every year.... some high school teams can do better plays. i really really hope this turns around..... somehow.

Maybe UND needs a female HC....women can be quite ruthless and not very nice when the situation dictates. I aleays day, it takes a lot, I mean a lot, to get on my fecal roster but it takes a heck of a lot more to get off. Nice does not count in football

So, not knowing the finer points of the game or any strategies.... is there some motivation for this that I am not aware of? Things just seem to be sliding here...wow! I mean, even with questionable OC, DC, and ST... don’t head coaches sometimes take over play calling... all the headsets have working batteries, right?

Based on the coin toss, I would like to see an initial offensive or defensive play that shows Sioux dominance and that it continues for a full 4 quarters!

Doesn’t make any difference if we are talking about a school superintendent, minister, hospital administrator, or city administrator.... what are your expectations and will you put the money behind them to do the job right.... I think we need to keep the focus on the future....do some of the coaches need to go or be reassigned? Buying out anyone is just admitting you made a bad mistake several years prior... A new AD will have a lot of work to do....Ozzie has a good handle on this.... start some fundraising right away I get the washing machine comments.... really get them!

For 4 years I have been saying,”Give it time. This will take 4 years.” We are in year 5. Have we had some ups and downs? Yes. Is there a slow, but steady improvement? I don’t know. Getting rid of all coaches every few years is not good for the program. It speaks volumes to any coach who applies and to recruits. I continue to stand behind Bubba but think someone needs to fix the washing machine....,the perception is it is broken, maybe in more than one place!

Morning paper had all sports except football and early signing.... about 5 for us, maybe 8 for NDSU, and A LOT for SDSU.... just saying

Books by Jon Gordon... there are several... deal with attitude and responding to challenges beyond your control. Many athletic teams ( and businesses) use these. Again the culture or attitude is so important and I felt the incoming class can help with that. Hope something can be done about these coaching issues.... that are reallybover my head.

Well, in my book RT coached those kids, defined a winning ethic, a climate of work and leadership, and then Dale coaches one year and wins the championship (I think I have that right). I just don’t see giving credit to someone who walked into a well developed team. I would say there was a very strong Sioux defense years before Dale appeared. Also, he was at the top of DII and did not have to climb the ladder to get there. Bubba et al are climbing a ladder.

For what I know, which isn’t much, this does not sound good. If you want a real fight and sabatogue.... demote one nurse and promote another and keep both in the same area. Recipe for disaster... maybe coaches are different.

Ira, I think you are spot on. Yesterday’s contents were knee jerk andmade in hurt and anger... let the dust settle and find out what the issues are... fix them. A new head coach every 5 years speaks volumes.... improve what we have. AD needs to monitor this and Bubba sets some parameters.....

Sautés is a class act but I am not a judge of the finer qualities of a football coach!
