Sandy's are good doughnuts. Give Hugo's a little credit though. Their Persians with cream cheese, german chocolate frosting, or maple frosting are good. Their mocha bars are real good. And for commercial lefse it is easily the best. Most grocery stores though do not make very good doughnuts. The old Chicken Scratch bakery, I think that was it's name in Hillsboro, use to make the best fricking cake doughnuts.
