Tommy definitely had a few overthrows, so if some of those would connect he would be more dynamic and less game manager. But there’s no way I would trade Tommy for Murray’s QB.

Does USD? Whoever wins next week in the UND/USD matchup, will that win be a quality win?

Before the season started, if we knew our record would be 6-3 heading to Vermilion, and one of the six wins was against NDSU, that would have sounded pretty satisfying (to me at least). Still have a shot at our goals.

While the pass defense was too unreliable in the second half, scoring 45 on the road (in a place they’ve never been) is a positive. Not many empty possessions. Get some guys back for next week and you never know against USD. The yotes are a little Jekyll and Hyde, too, kind of like UND. That game could be close or either team could run over the other.

Think it’s the Midco truck. Been watching on Midco tv and the commercials and other channels are fine.

Are offense players just harder to tackle than they used to be? Or do we just not have the horses on defense? I doubt that our coaches can’t/don’t teach proper technique.

Not positive, but if I had to guess, Seidl 2 and Tai 3. Wouldn’t be surprised if I’m wrong, tho.

I was thinking maybe back to back losses might break the Yotes’ spirits and we roll ‘em next week.

I would assume some would be on Midco Sports TV, but there's not a way to know that (that I am aware of) based off looking at the online schedule.

So for the games that are "televised" by the Summit League Network (which is powered by Midco Sports +), how many will actually be on Midco Sports on my cable TV? Is there any way to know?

I believe the decision was made recently that he cannot play this season.

Not this year, but I would like to combine going to a UND/Murray St. game with a trip to Memphis and/or Nashville at some point.

I heard during the ISU broadcast that UND got special permission from Notre Dame to use the interlocking ND logo on the helmets for the NDSU game. I know there was some discussion on that earlier.

At this point last year, UND actually had a chance to be regular season conference champions (or co-champions, depending on tie-breaking procedures) if they ran the table, so there was some buzz about what the Tupacs were doing in year 1. Ultimately, UND fell flat right after that (lost ALL remaining matches), and ended up 6th in conference, and then lost the Summit League quarterfinal. So yeah, there was some expectations for year 2 that were probably unwarranted. Even next year might still be up and down, as we will not have Stockman. I thought somebody said Norris still has eligibility next year, but not sure on that. But year 4 Tupac should have all the pieces lined up to start putting his stamp on the program.

There’s no doubt the offense left some points on the field and ran some questionable plays. But you’re right in that the offense did enough, despite some ineptitude.

I’m perplexed by the short yardage throws as well.
