Yep....that team was good. Tough team to play against that early in the season. Oh well. Need to win a bunch of games either way to get in. MSU will so I don't think last weekend will hurt us too bad.

Agree that Und really needed one win. But that Mankato team was pretty legit. They fly and are heavy on pucks. They were playing playoff hockey and it shook out more skilled guys up big time. They owned our top two lines for the most part. Even some of our higher end dmen were getting roasted Friday night.

I’m fine with losing to good teams (tough that it’s Mankato). Going forward we need to play our most skilled players. No playing around anymore. A win this weekend would have been huge for PW.

I'm speculating something happened. You don't just sit a second rounder because you're "working in a freshman". That doesnt happen. Do I really care....no. Just trying to put that out there.

That was nuts. Hopefully there was more behind that one. If a second rounder is being sat because another freshmen "needs to get in a game" we wont be seeing too many of those type of players anymore. Did Tyconick play great...no. But he did not play bad. Like I said, maybe there is more behind that decision.
