Michaud has been pretty quiet lately

If he goes in the first round (which seems like a lock at this point) we’ll be lucky to get him for 3 years. 1st rounders don’t hang out in college for 4 years anymore, really they never have. Only a couple examples I can think of.

Former commit new, appears Keegan Karki is in the BCHL now....boy has that kid traveled. Now playing for the Vernon Vipers (third team this year).

I’ve watched Kunz this year, he’s really good...at times during the Elite League he was absolutely toying around out there. Has a lazy stride but his stick handling/shot are elite. I was shocked he wasn’t rated higher. But he is playing prep as opposed to junior A during his draft year so.... Halliday is streaky. Has disappeared for large stretches this year and then came on strong. Has to have a big second half. I’ve read his skating is iffy. Not bad if we’re looking for a 4 year player

Completely agree, their big guns (for the most part) were out to lunch. Completely unnoticeable for 95% of their shifts. If Tychonik is healthy he has to play. No more mind games. On the flip side, they weren't going to run the table so losses are to be expected from time to time. Just haven’t liked what I’ve seen since the break.

That was bad. Our top 6 was unnoticeable

Really curious why Tychonik isn’t in. If not injured it’s another one of those instances where the coaches drastically overthink things

Agreed. Total depth add that’ll be old. Probably works his tail off. Numbers aren’t that great considering the league he plays in and age. But again, probably a great character guy

Xander Lamppa? Don’t know anything about him other than he’s averaging a pt/gm in the USHL right now. Looks to be his final year of eligibility so maybe we don’t have the room.

Go play in the ushl (or NAHL) for a bit (if allowed). If not and he wants to play high school, play JV. Only options really...other than Tier 1. on a side note this is all a joke conserving what Motzco and Langenbrunner did.

He'll make it, he was one of the final cuts last year and is having a good year so far.
