I am not a huge BB follower but I am a huge UND fan. Do you guys who are knowledgable BB fans think we are recruiting the wrong type of kids? Perhaps character wise anyways? I realize some of our problems are due to injury but to have a junior transfer who can't even pass a semester is pretty bad. Thoughts?

Looks like BC lost a player last weekend for 3 months due to injury. Patch Alber out 3 months after tearing knee and get this he hurt it playing soccer prior to the UAH game last weekend at the Mooch classic. Disappointing loss for sure and I hope the coaches both mens and womens bb can make the adjustments needed to succeed at the D1 level. So far not so good. Do you guys think Jones is on the hot seat this season? I don't recall how long he has been with UND but have we had a winning season under him? I think both mens and womens bb coaches are great guys I hope they can turn things around.

I watched the game on thursday and after the UND hockey game on Friday I tuned it to watch it again. The feeling I got was this looks like when UND plays an exhibition game against Mantioba. Outside of the Geffrions UAH has no one on their team.

I hope your right about the schools because I know I went to pickup my son one day he wasn't feeling well from an elementary school and I walked right in the backdoor and through the hall up to the office and no one saw me or said anything to me. That kind of freaked me out.

I agree the age of the victims is absolutely horrifying. As a parent I am just heart broken. I hope schools around the country look at their security measures. I know schools in town you can basically just walk in any door.

The boys have what it takes to get the sweep. I just hope they're not thinking about Christmas break more than they are about the game.

Per RussoTrib Gophers D Blake Thompson will transfer out of the U of M after the current semester. Hasn't played a game yet this year.
