  1. This thread is for links to all UND/FCS football podcasts. I will post links, and anyone else should too, if you see anything. Podcasts and radio interviews for UND football, and FCS in general, can be hard to track down. There isn't a lot of content out there, so if we could compile everything that is available, that would make it easier follow the team and division. (I know there is already a thread for UND football 360 - this thread has a wider scope)
  2. After monitor Ticketmaster the past few years, I have found that UND seems to sell about 1000 tickets the week leading up to the game. If that is the case this year, I think we should see a sellout for the opener (if we don't embarrass ourselves in Utah). There might be less tickets bought during game week this year than in previous years, because many of the same people may now have season tickets - we shall see. Also, if anyone has 4 tickets to sell for the opener, please PM me... looking for seats that don't suck! I can pick them up in the Twin Cities, anywhere along 94/29, and in Grand forks. Tickets can be picked up between now and game day in both the Twin Cities and Grand Forks. Thanks!
  3. The opener is going to sell out. The USD opener, last year, had final attendance of 11,477. UND has the capacity listed at 12,283. Available tickets two days before USD game: Available seats as of right now (12 days out) for 2017 Misery State: The section I highlighted will be students - for whatever reason they already blocked them off last year, but they will be sold to the student's come game day.
  4. Sure seems to be a trend at this point. Is that 3 now in the past 2/3 years?
  5. Didn't Florida run the option with Tebow?

  8. UND has a chance to win tomorrow. Georgia Tech isn't looking that great right now against Michigan State... bad defense.
  9. Und wins it

    Jerseys

Replicas are still gonna look like crap with the big gap in the middle. Not gonna buy one. Not a fan.
  17. Jealous of you guys that can make it! Was planning on going, but ended up remodeling my house instead. Need to readjust my priorities...
  18. Yeah I like it too.... kinda goofy. His reporting could be more in-depth, though. He did say this in the comments, though. "As for the FBS dropdown, I’ve heard the rumblings and know the name. I’ve been searching for confirmation but can’t find anything yet. So we’ll see."
  19. http://www.espn.com/watch/player?id=3123311&t=02h13m20s That link brings you to the espn3 replay. The play starts when the game clock is at 4:16 in the 4th quarter.
  20. Joe Frat Boy has the ability to turn into a lifelong fan. Have you ever become interested in something that you used to not care about? I'm guessing that answer is yes. Also, the hockey team seems to like their student support, even though a large part of the fan base only goes to games for the social scene.
  21. I would most of the time, but I could rarely get my friends to, so I would end up walking in with them anyways. It was a waste of like 30-45 min, when a table could be set up in the tailgate lot for free. Why make things harder for students when a significant amount of them barely want to go in the first place? Believe it or not, a lot of students don't decide whether or not to go until game day. Also, if I remember correctly, there is a few hour window, ON GAME DAY, that tickets cannot be bought at the union or the Alerus center. Ridiculous. Remember, this is all about fan experience... which way provides a better fan experience? Of course the current system technically works, but it doesn't mean that the experience can't be improved. And for pretty much free. Also, I knew a lot of frat guys who would sometimes tailgate, without ever having the intention of going into the game (and they didn't). If tickets were right there in the tailgate lot, I'm sure a few people who do this would grab a ticket and end up walking in, because it would be convenient. Maybe they would end up liking it, and student attendance would increase.
