  1. I would have been kicked out of sporting events in high school because I am guilty of doing at least half of these chants. Dumb... Dumb.. Dumb... If you get the chance, look up Jay Bilas twitter account on this exact subject.
  2. So what position do you guys think that needs to be addressed with the few scholarships that we have left?
  3. After splitting the Weber/ISU swing, UND returns home to play their only 2 home games this month. They will entertain the Bobcats of MSU Montana State has won the last 2 times in Grand Forks but UND holds the 4-2 edge since UND entered the Big Sky Defend the home court and snap this mini-losing streak against the Cats. An opportunity exist to sweep the Montana schools and sit 4-2 in conference after a 1/3 of the conference season gone already (sadly it goes by so fast) Once again, a battle of the guards between Crandall and Hooker for UND and Hall and Colbert for MSU. Sarp Gobeloglu for MSU also averages around 10, he is the 6-10 Forward from Turkey. In other games Mont (4-0) @ UNC (1-3) SUU (1-2) @ EWU (1-2) NAU (1-2) @ IDAHO (2-1) ISU (1-2) @ SAC (0-3) WEBER (3-0) @ PSU (2-1)
  4. I wish him the very best... however to quote Paul Allen yet again: NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  5. Uh Oh..... I hope its a typo
  6. I'll defend my position on the defense: The D is not a problem yes, but as SiouxScore explained we need to upgrade the safety position alongside Smith. As for the other 2: It is always good to keep building depth at that spot (plus outside of everything else being solid (QB, RB, etc) I had to name two others ) LB might be an issue is Greenway changes his mind and hangs it up. I expect Waynes to start opposite Rhodes next year in the secondary. I expect a major overhaul on the O-line.
  7. On my wish list for next year in no particular order OL WR S LB DL
  8. Don't use that word, I am still trying to recover from yesterday.... Open wound... insert salt
  9. It was an impressive effort... minus 1 play.
  10. 1-3, and the Montana swing upcoming. This could end badly... or be the start of the turn-around
  11. After the Bengal Debacle last night, I'd rather lose like the Vikings did today than how the Bengals lost.
  12. I think if the Captain contains better on the botched snap it doesn't get to that point.
  13. I took a peek at the stats. McDermott 83.3% (10/12) Hooker 81.4% (79/97) Crandall 68.6% (24/35) Seales 61.1% (22/36) Avants 60.0% (21/35) Baldwin 58.6% (17/29) Shanks 56.3% (18/32) Drick 41.3% (19/46) Team is shooting 63.6% from the line... blah!
  14. Did what they needed to. ISU isn't the tire fire they used to be but still pretty rough. Telfair was their entire offence, 37 points and 7 dimes, impressive for the young man. Shanks and Baldwin in the 1st half and Hooker in the 2nd half to slam the door. Montana swing at home next week. Lets see if they can build on this a little.
  15. the dreaded zone. 22-21 UND 8:12 1st
  16. Shanks and Baldwin each have 8 pts 22-16 UND
  17. promising start for the team 14-6 UND
  18. UND hopes to salvage a road split as they travel to Poky to play ISU. UND is 5-0 all time against ISU since joining the Big Sky, and I fully expect them to make it 6-0. I guess the cool thing about this matchup for me is I can check out former T-Wolves guard's little brother Ethan Telfair for ISU. First glance, they appear to be very guard heavy and play porous defense. Other games Idaho (2-0) @ EWU (0-2) PSU (1-1) @ MSU (2-1) SAC (0-2) @ MONT (3-0) NAU (0-2) @ SUU (1-1) Weber (2-0) @ UNC (1-2)
  19. I've seen enough out of Hellebuyck that they can show Pavs the door.
  20. You were not kidding. Question: What do you go to do to get more production out of Mia and Leah? Brew: You know what, Its on them. Plain and simple. The interviewer tried to ask a follow up but Brew: You have to earn your way back in this program, its on them.
  21. I'm wondering if you are onto something. Grades came out on December 22nd, played against KSU and hasn't since. We would have found out about an injury by now wouldn't have we?
  22. I see what you did there... but where was he?
  23. Can't disagree with that, still it would have been nice to make that stronger run. Learn from it and try again on Saturday.
