I was wondering the same thing if that was the reference. If it was at least they paid attention in history or social studies classes. These kids should be suspended for a few days. During this suspension they should be assigned to write a essay on the history of the Klan with citations. I'm sure their parents will be whining if this happens though. Also depending on what caste they belong to will also play into their punishment.
