  1. If they do they aren't having the same success as last year. 0 TDs.
  2. I'd rather not have Brady as a lead blocker. No need for extra wear and tear with no buy week.
  3. Don't worry. The NDSU students chant about us every time they get a first down.
  4. Let's step it up. 10 sacks and 4 picks this week. Do your worst. http://uncbears.com/roster.aspx?path=football
  5. After re watching the game I noticed that Norberg had a terrible game blocking. Santiago multiple time beat the unblocked man only to be tackled by Norbergs. The OL is sealing the edges but we've been one block away from some huge plays way too many times this season.
  6. Is the boring style of play why the attendance is up by an average of 2000/game?
  7. To be fair the depth chart say Heidelbaugh or Bartels as the #2.
  8. Would a 100 yard kickoff return for a TD count as a big play?
  9. I don't even care if the fast guy drops a few the fact that he would actually have speed to threaten over the top is enough to open everything up. And even though our backs are studs we need to be able to pass to keep the defense from going with 8 and sometimes 9 in the box. We need balance.
  10. Maybe we should go with Brad, he's pretty efficient... PASSING GP-GS Effic Cmp-Att-Int Pct Yards TD Long Avg/G Keaton Studsrud 9-9 138.3 124-208-2 59.6 1564 11 74 173.8 Ryan Bartels 1-0 61.8 2-5-0 40.0 13 0 7 13.0 Brad Heidlebaugh 2-0 446.8 1-1-0 100.0 2 1 2 1.0
  11. We need to figure something out because UNC has returners that could hang 30 on us.
  12. He looked like he wanted to hide.
  13. I'm hoping this series ends up like this.
  14. Trying to get Weber to jump by making a hut or some type of sound to make them jump. Not sure why anyone would try that on a field goal. It was also called by the ref way over at the sideline.... a very curious thing but pretty much par for Big Sky refs.
  15. Since his move to TE I bet Joe can move better than before.
  16. Keaton was pulled off of the scout team. Totally different situation. Brad should be able to give us over 100 yards if the coaches start him. He should also be able to run a fair amount. He's a pretty big kid so maybe he will hold up. I didn't like his demeanor though..... his body language was terrible.
  17. I know I've said it before but if he didn't get that Achilles injury he would be our starter right now and would have been last year. It was a horrible break for him and the program because it pushed Studs out there before he was ready. He should be a RS soph backup being groomed to start for next year right now. Too bad. As a result we're still scrambling for qb depth.
  18. Bartels proved multiple times that he can't get the job done. Unless he improved vastly since last year maybe it's best to get Heidelbaugh in there. But if Heidelbaugh isn't ready then don't throw him out there to ruin him for the future. Move Joe back to qb for an emergency situation.
  19. Taking the top off of the defense changes everything. Everyone knows that.
  20. Should see alot of fire from UND after getting embarrassed against Duluth. If we don't do some damage this weekend it is a bad sign. I expect a rebound though.
  21. Not Toivonen
  22. Who would you rather go with if, God forbid, Keaton can't play in Colorado. Option c is Mollberg I hope.
  23. Those games had too much excitement. Probably went to the Montana game and had sore legs the next day from standing after all of the big plays.
  24. Speaking of cake, sounds like you eat plenty of it yourself. Ice cream? Too cold. Weather? Either too hot or too cold. Team? "Boring" even though they win. My advice? Watch arena league.
  25. You should be able to understand the difference. Beethoven would still be able to know what it would sound like without hearing it. There is also no such thing as defense in music.
