I am beyond curious to see what it's like for our guys to go again a premiere team with NBA talent all over their roster. I know we played Iowa but they aren't that good and we played like garbage against them. I still think Geno eats them up.

Avants is a very high motor hard working undersized post but can barley jump over a phone book. Shanks' last name might as well be his nickname. Bernstein is a smooth point forward type who has an ok mid-range game and a really good handle. We are very vulnerable to teams with quality size down low. Our guards can ball with the best of them. Like others have said, if they're knocking down 3s we can stay with anyone but if you guys can get the big fellas rolling we are screwed. I'm very excited for this game as it's a long time in the making but the two 7 footers you guys have seem to be exactly what we don't need. Hopefully we can catch you guys on an off night and make it interesting. If we can somehow get the big boys in foul trouble it could make it a great game but I won't hold my breath.

Did someone say dance?

This game really highlighted why basketball needs to be more of an emphasis at UND. There are very few sporting events that can match the intensity and suspense of an important tightly contested back and forth basketball game.

So pumped for Hooker. He had been a warrior for UND and deserved to take us to the big dance for the first time. The officiating will favor whoever we play since they will be one of the top teams. Need to actually hit free throws early in the game to have a shot. Let's go be that team that shocks the world.
