It’s a good time to start a new precedent. Plus there will be a tidal wave of FBS guys coming down. The timing of new coach from FBS and new facilities is perfect.

I think the rule of thumb with a new coach is growing pains year one and hit the ground running year 2 and full steam ahead year 3. It even worked like that with Bubba.
