Top question of Freuchte if I’m Chaves has to be if he’s scared of !@#$ canning most of the guys he worked with last year. That includes on the offensive side of the ball.

It’s not that I don’t think he would be good. I just can’t get over the optics. We need a hire with great optics and a coach that doesn’t look like it’s running down his leg every game.

Watching the Oregon Penn St game and let me just say that I will snap if the new coach doesn’t emphasize the TE in the offense. TEs are dominating modern football and we treat them like the forward pass is still illegal.

He’s not my favorite option but he does have a certain look in his eye. If not now, I think eventually he will be a very good head coach or coordinator. Also tough to ignore all the millennial coaches at all levels having tons of success.
